You will be issued with a unique order number which you must write on the reverse
of your cheque. When completed please post to 15 Gardner Street, North Laine,
Brighton, BN1 1UP.
4. You will receive an electronic receipt to your email address shortly after
placing an order.
What happens with Delivery?
At the present time we are only able to deliver within the UK. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days from receipt, subject to clearance of payment and stock availability. We will contact you should any items you order be unavailable. Our charge for delivery is £3.99 for all orders. All deliveries are sent by Recorded Post which will require a signature on receipt. If your order is being sent to a third party, we will also enclose the sender's name
What if I change my mind?
If you are not happy for any reason with the item/s you have received, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days for a refund, provided they remain within the original packaging/seal (not used or broken). Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option for bespoke items. Please obtain proof of purchase from the Post Office when returning goods as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
What if I have a query about an item I receive?
All items are checked and, if battery operated are tested to ensure they are operating correctly before they are dispatched. Should you have any query regarding items received, please telephone us and we will do every thing we can to help.
What about a Guarantee?
Battery operated items come with a 30 day guarantee. Due to the sensitive nature of these items they can last for weeks or years depending on use/misuse. To aid the life span of a battery operated item always remove the batteries when not in use. Should you have a problem during the guarantee period please telephone us and we will be happy to help.
What if I have a Colour Preference?
The colours of items shown may vary. Should a chosen colour not be available we will send you an alternative.
What if the item is not available?
If we are unable to provide the item you requested, we may send a similar product of equal or greater value. Should any item not be available we will advise you as quickly as possible.
What about my Privacy?
We will not give out your details to any third party; however we will from time to time send you details of new items or information from us that may be of interest to you.
